Wow what a refreshing change to deal with an on line company that actually wants to look after the customer. I ordered my outdoor Richmond Ratten furniture Sunday evening on line, but didn;t enter my credit card details as I got distracted so intended to do Monday am. However I recieved a call from Furniture Company and concluded the order over the telephone at 9am. I received another call Monday afternoon to say it would all be delivered on Tuesday! What a quick response. I expected to wait at least a week. The delivery arrived, with a call one hour before, it was all un packed and placed where I wanted and the packaging taken way. I real pleasure to deal with the company. Would definatley recommend. The product looks good a true reflection of the images on line. Thank you

Having ordered two sets of furniture from 2 different suppliers on 8th March - I gave up on both of them by mid April after several broken promises and in desperation turned to the Furniture Company 247. What a difference - they were extremely helpful to deal with and in two days my table set and sofa sets had arrived in perfect condition and beyond my expectation. The delivery driver was brilliant and quickly put the table together - nothing was too much trouble. I can't recomend this company highly enough - well done and a massive thank you for saving the day

Just the most exceptional service provided. I placed my order with The Furniture Company 247 at 10.09am. At 10.10 I received confirmation of my order and at 10.14 was informed that my order had been dispatched. I assumed I would take delivery of my item in one to two days, but at 15.00 hours I had a phonecall telling me that they were having difficulty locaing my house. After getting over the complete shock and clarifying my wherareabouts I had my piece of furniture unboxed and in place just five and a half hours later after placing the order on line. Thank you so much - outstanding service and many people will be told about this exceptional experience. It goes without saying that I will purcahse from you again :-)
