Our furniture has been seen in various prestigious places. We were very proud to have our furniture used by ITN outside Buckingham Palace during the Royal Wedding Day coverage. We have donated items to the very popular '60 Minute Makeover' programme and our outdoor rattan dining sets will be shown and endorsed in the new Alan Titmarsh programme 'Love Your Garden' starting soon. Our rattan garden sofa sets have also been seen in Wimbledon Centre Court hospitality and the finishing line at Henley Regatta. Our Havana rattan sunloungers were featured during the latest series of Big Brother on Channel 5. Over the years we have sold items to some fantastic resorts all over the world and have had various celebrities purchasing and recommending our products.

Having ordered two sets of furniture from 2 different suppliers on 8th March - I gave up on both of them by mid April after several broken promises and in desperation turned to the Furniture Company 247. What a difference - they were extremely helpful to deal with and in two days my table set and sofa sets had arrived in perfect condition and beyond my expectation. The delivery driver was brilliant and quickly put the table together - nothing was too much trouble. This week I took delivery of my all weather rattan garden furniture what can I say I read the customer reviews but could not belive this company could be that GOOD but wow ! they were just fantastic I ordered my patio furniture over the phone the staff are the best Ihave ever come across so helpful and best of all the phone call regarding delivery 2days befor and then on day of delivery 1hour befor and such a great delivery guy I can't praise this company enough it's a shame more are not like them WELL DONE. I have owned my Cambridge sofas for 3 years now, they have been outside '24/7' for 365 days of the year without any covers and still look perfect. I am about to replace the cushions mainly because my dog likes to sun himself on them and although they have successfully been through the washing machine I think I will treat myself to some new ones. The only issue I have is that the pads are now thicker than when I bought them so I will need to replace the pads as well as the covers....I have recommended the products to several of my friends all of whom have been very satisfied. I bought the large Marlow rattan storage trunk primarily to store children's toys in my lounge. It is a very good size, of good quality and sits discreetly in the corner as a very nice piece of furniture. Delivery was quick and I am very pleased. Amanda Lee

Wow what a refreshing change to deal with an on line company that actually wants to look after the customer. I ordered my outdoor Richmond Ratten furniture Sunday evening on line, but didn;t enter my credit card details as I got distracted so intended to do Monday am. However I recieved a call from Furniture Company and concluded the order over the telephone at 9am. I received another call Monday afternoon to say it would all be delivered on Tuesday! What a quick response. I expected to wait at least a week. The delivery arrived, with a call one hour before, it was all un packed and placed where I wanted and the packaging taken way. Just the most exceptional service provided. I placed my order with The Furniture Company 247 at 10.09am. At 10.10 I received confirmation of my order and at 10.14 was informed that my order had been dispatched. I assumed I would take delivery of my item in one to two days, but at 15.00 hours I had a phonecall telling me that they were having difficulty locaing my house. After getting over the complete shock and clarifying my wherareabouts I had my piece of furniture unboxed and in place just five and a half hours later after placing the order on line.
